8) Wag your tail!
This is one of the most characteristic movements of the cat’s tail. You will notice that it wags its tail frantically from side to side, even hitting the ground. This is also a warning sign because it indicates that there is something that makes it nervous or angry, but that it is trying to control its emotions.
9) Dreamy tail
Just as some people move in their sleep, so do some animals such as dogs and cats. Some kittens wag their tails constantly or intermittently, reaching different degrees of intensity. There is no need to worry, they are simply dreaming, hopefully not nightmares.
10) Tail picked up or relaxed
Here you will see that the tail does not have any kind of prominence in the cat’s posture. You can see it leaning on the ground, curled up or around the cat’s body. In this case, there is nothing to worry about either, on the contrary. The cat is very calm. If the tail is wrapped around the paws, it means that it is about to fall asleep, if it is wrapped around something else, it could be interpreted as a hug.
