Strawberry Yogurt Mug Cake

Ingredients
Sunflower oil, 1 tablespoon
3 tablespoons strawberry yogurt
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
A pinch of baking powder
2 tablespoons of sugar glass (just chop the normal sugar in the mincer to make it thinner)
1 egg white
1 teaspoon sunflower oil
Preparation
In a container sift the flour with a sieve or sprinkling in the form of rain, we do to avoid lumps. Add the sugar, the baking powder and mix everything, we reserve. Now we beat the egg white and add the three tablespoons of strawberry yogurt, mix.
In the cup we are going to use add the teaspoon of sunflower oil or corn, you serve oils that barely taste.
We rub all over the cup to prevent it from sticking to us then our mini cake.
We mix the dry ingredients like flour and sugar we had with the egg and strawberry yogurt. We work with a spoon to achieve a homogeneous dough. We introduce all the dough into the cup and microwave 2 minutes at maximum power.
