Comenzamos derritiendo la mantequilla unos 20 segundos en el microondas. Luego en un recipiente tamizamos la harina usando un colador o con la mano soltándola en forma de lluvia. También añadimos el azúcar y el polvo de hornear. Lo mezclamos todo y reservamos. En otro recipiente batimos la yema de huevo y le añadimos el aroma de vainilla y los arándanos secos.
Con ayuda de un rallador rallamos 50 gr de chocolate blanco y nos guardamos 10 gramos en trocitos para ponerlos por encima.
En la taza donde vayamos a poner la mezcla antes pondremos una cucharadita de aceite de girasol lo extendemos por toda la taza. De esta forma será más difícil que se pegue nuestro mug cake. Añadimos la mezcla en la taza y al microondas. 1 minuto a unos 800 vatios. Luego dejarlo en el interior del micro dos minutos más a reposo.
