Esta receta es perfecta si os entra antojo de flan. Podéis realizarlo tanto de vainilla como de café o chocolate.
En un bol diluímos las 2 cucharadas de maizena con un poco de los 20cl de leche que hemos dejado a parte para la preparación.
Añadimos 1 huevo, las 2 cucharadas de azúcar y el sobrecito de azúcar avanillado.
Echamos el resto de la leche y mezclamos con un tenedor. Vertemos la mezcla en una taza y lo metemos al microondas durante 2 minutos y medio a 750W.
Lo dejamos reposar y a continuación lo metemos al frigorífico al menos 1 hora.
